Refund policy

We at GI Loom take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.

However, if you face any genuine issue with your order, our Return and Refund Policy ensures a smooth resolution.
1. Return Window
● You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return
● The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
● Returns will not be accepted if:
○ The product shows signs of use, washing, or alteration.
○ The original packaging or tags are missing.
○ The return request is initiated after 14 days from delivery.

3. Refund Eligibility
● Refunds are issued only in case of a genuine quality issue or manufacturing defect.
● We do not offer exchanges or store credit at this time.

4. Return Shipping
● Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.
● We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return of the product.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
● In case the product arrives damaged or defective, you must:
1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Provide clear photographs and a complete product opening video showing the issue.
3. Email all proof along with your order details to info@gilooms.com.
● Once verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable Items
● Custom-made or personalized items.

7. International Orders

● Customs duties, taxes, or other charges are non-refundable and borne by the customer.
● Return shipping from your country to our warehouse is customer’s responsibility.

8. Refund Processing Time
● Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
● If approved, your refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment
provider.

9. How to Initiate a Return

○ Order number
○ Reason for return
○ Proof (photos/video)
● Our team will respond with the return address and instructions.

Note: GI Loom reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
